What we collect

Your name, work email and mobile number, your business's name, address and GSTIN, the modules you choose, and the time and IP address of your agreement to our terms.

Why

To review and approve your sign-up, set up your service, contact you about it, bill you, and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is your consent and our contract with your business.

How long

Sign-ups that are abandoned or declined are deleted after 90 days. For customers, we keep account and billing records for 8 years, as tax law requires.

Where

In India, on our servers in Amazon Web Services' Mumbai region. Email codes are sent through our email provider.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its erasure, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you, by writing to our Grievance Officer. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
