Getting started

Your first day

  1. Open the link in your welcome email and set your password. Your staff sign in at your staff address (it ends in -staff); your customers use your public address for your shop, bookings and reports. Unless your plan has a login at the edge, each sign-in asks for a one-time code sent by email.
  2. Open Modules (from Settings) to see what is in your plan. Switch modules on or off for your staff at any time; switching off hides a module without deleting anything.
  3. Add your company details: name, GSTIN, address and logo.
  4. Invite your staff (Settings, Users) and give each person a role. People only see what their role allows.

On the phone

Open your site on a phone and choose Add to Home Screen. It installs like an app, with no app store needed. Field staff (caregivers, phlebotomists) get a simple app of their own that keeps working without signal; on a shared phone, each person signs out at the end of their shift so the next person starts clean.

Printers

Office printers (A4, inkjet, laser) work from Print with your browser's print dialog, or Download PDF. For receipt and label printers, add each one under Printer and say how it is connected:

  • This computer: USB, network or serial printers on a Windows, Mac or Linux computer, through the free QZ Tray app.
  • Bluetooth: straight from Chrome on an Android phone, tablet or laptop.
  • Android app: through the RawBT app, for Bluetooth and USB printers on any Android phone.
  • Network: from the server, when the server can reach the printer, for example over a VPN or when the printer has a public address. For a printer in your shop, use This computer or Bluetooth instead.

Press Print a test page to check it. Submitted invoices then have Quick print with 80 mm and 58 mm receipts (the cash drawer opens for cash sales), and items have Quick print with barcode price labels for Zebra (ZPL) and TSC-style (TSPL) printers. The first print on each device asks which printer to use and remembers it.

Getting paid at the counter

  • UPI: put your UPI ID in Retail Settings. On the point of sale, UPI QR shows a QR for exactly what is due, and every receipt carries one. UPI and RuPay debit cards carry no merchant fee today.
  • Card machines: add each machine under Payment Terminal (Razorpay POS, Pine Labs or Paytm; the provider gives you the keys when you rent it). On the point of sale, Card machine sends the amount to the machine and waits while the customer taps or inserts the card; when it is approved the card line is filled in. On a bill, Get paid, Card machine does the same and books the payment. Split a bill across cash, card and UPI by filling each line. The Simulator approves after 5 seconds, for practice.
  • No internet? Cash and a printed counter UPI QR (Retail Settings) keep working.

Hardware that works

  • Receipt printers: 80 mm ESC/POS thermal printers on USB or LAN.
  • Barcode scanners: any USB scanner in keyboard mode.
  • Cash drawers: opened by the receipt printer.
  • Label printers (retail) and kitchen ticket printers (restaurant): see Printers above.
  • The counter itself: an Android tablet or a Windows PC with Chrome.

Getting help

Open Help and requests from the Help menu. Choose whether it is a question, a problem or a change you need, describe it, and send. Our team replies on the same screen and by email, and you can reply back there. For a change that needs more than your support hours, you get a quote to approve or decline; only an administrator can approve one.

Chat alerts and commands

Connect Slack or Discord under Chat Channels to get alerts where your team already talks: late visits, sold-out tickets, low stock, overdue results. Commands such as /visits, /orders or /stock answer in the chat.

The AI assistant

Ask questions in plain language from the assistant panel, such as "unpaid invoices over 30 days". It reads only what you are allowed to see, never changes anything, and personal details are hidden from the AI model.

Your data and privacy

Your data stays in India in a database of your own, is encrypted, copied every hour and backed up every day. Under Privacy you can record consent, answer access and erasure requests within their deadlines, and export a person's data.

What it saves you

Time Saved (Reports) shows the work your system did for you in a month, the hours it would have taken your team and what that time is worth. Your administrators also get it by email on the 1st of each month.
