What it does

Runs a home nursing or attendant business end to end: clients and their care plans, caregivers and their skills, daily visits and live-in shifts, medicine rounds, incidents, billing and caregiver pay.

Getting started

1. Add your service packages (for example "Nursing visit" or "12-hour attendant") with their rate and billing basis.
2. Add caregivers: skills, languages, home location and the user they sign in with on their phone.
3. Add a care client and a care plan: tasks per visit, medicines, schedule and package.
4. Open the Care Board to see today's visits. Use Assign to pick the best caregiver; nearby caregivers with the right skills come first.

Everyday work

• Caregivers open the phone app, clock in at the client's home (location checked), tick tasks and medicines, and clock out. It works without signal and syncs later.
• Coordinators watch the board. Late and missed visits, and missed doses, are posted to your chat channel.
• Each period, create invoices per client from completed visits, and caregiver pay from the same visits.
• Record incidents and falls with follow-up actions.

Good to know

• Visits are planned automatically from each care plan, every day.
• The Medication Administration Record report shows every dose given or missed.
