Home collection, sample tracking, results and secure reports.

What it does

Takes lab bookings (walk-in and home collection), sends the nearest phlebotomist, tracks every sample by barcode, and delivers reports securely with a one-time code.

Getting started

1. Check your lab test templates (tests, normal ranges and sample types) and prices.
2. Add your phlebotomists, their phone login and home location.
3. In Lab Settings, set the turnaround time and how long report links stay valid.

Everyday work

• Create a lab booking and press Assign nearest phlebotomist. They see it in My Collections on their phone and mark samples collected; labels print with a QR code.
• At the lab, Receive Samples by scanning each tube.
• When results are approved, the patient gets a link and opens the report with a code sent to their email or phone.

Good to know

• Results past their due time are posted to your chat channel every hour.
• Reports are never sent as plain attachments; the link and code keep them private.
