Tours, departures, online bookings with deposits, itineraries and manifests.
What it does
For tour operators: tours with day-by-day itineraries and supplier costs, dated departures with seats, online booking with a deposit, balance reminders, and refunds by your cancellation policy.
Getting started
- Create a tour: itinerary days, overnight stops, suppliers and net costs, price per person, deposit percentage and cancellation policy. The margin is worked out for you.
- Add departures with their date and seats.
- Tick published on the tour. Open departures appear on your public
/tourspage.
Everyday work
- Travellers book online and pay the deposit; the balance is due before departure. Staff can also book from Tour Booking.
- Balance links go out automatically when due. Unpaid balances close to departure are flagged in your chat channel.
- Print the itinerary for a booking and the manifest for a departure.
- Cancel a booking: the seats are released and the refund follows the tour's policy.
Good to know
- Bookings made close to departure are paid in full at once.
- A booking's number of travellers cannot change after booking; cancel and book again instead.
