Getting started

1. Set up your academic year, programmes, courses and student groups.
2. Add fee structures for each programme.
3. Enrol students with their guardians' contact details.

Everyday work

• Teachers mark attendance. Guardians of absent students get an email (and an SMS once SMS is set up) the same day.
• Create a fee schedule, submit it and press Send payment links: every family gets a secure link to pay online.
• Use /fees in your chat channel to see dues by class.

Good to know

• Erasing a student's data removes contact details but keeps the academic record and attendance.
• Consent for a minor is recorded as given by the guardian.
