Ticketed events, online registration, QR check-in and badges.

What it does

Sells tickets for your events online, with promo codes and GST invoices, emails QR tickets, checks people in at the door and prints badges.

Getting started

1. Create a ticketed event: venue, start and end, ticket types with price and capacity, agenda and refund cut-off.
2. Set its status to Published. It appears on your public /events page.
3. Optionally add promo codes with a discount and a use limit.

Everyday work

• Buyers register and pay online; free tickets are confirmed at once. Everyone gets a ticket with a QR code by email.
• At the door, open Check-in and scan tickets. Each ticket admits once.
• Print badges from any confirmed registration.
• Cancel a registration to release the seat. Before the refund cut-off, the payment is refunded automatically.

Good to know

• Seats can never be oversold, even when two people book the last seat at the same moment.
• Sold-out ticket types are posted to your chat channel.
